Idaho Land and Appraisal, LLC formerly doing business as Idaho Land and Appraisal Service Company, has been in business since 1953. As such, the company offers over 50 years of experience in various appraisal assignments in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Nevada and Montana.

Collectively, the principals of Idaho Land and Appraisal, LLC have over 60 years of experience in the appraisal of all types of rural and urban real property including vacant land, commercial, industrial, and residential/multiple-family properties, ranch land, diversified farms and agricultural land. A good portion of this work involves Special Use and Before and After narrative appraisals for partial takings.
